We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance, especially if you plan to come December – April which is Roatan’s High Season. However, we do accept bookings on a walk-in basis but last-minute availability cannot be guaranteed. Best Dive Roatan is open 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm.

Please reach out to us at info@tranquilseas.com in advance. As cruise ship dives require private charters and transport, more planning is involved to make sure you have the best experience possible during your short stay on Roatan.

We accept a wide range of payment methods to suit your needs. Credit Cards such as MasterCard and Visa are accepted or you can choose to pay in cash. We accept the local currency, Lempiras, or US Dollars. Please note that damaged USD notes are not accepted. This is an island wide policy and so we highly recommend that you check your bills for any small tears or imperfections before traveling.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are not included in the pricing. There is no set value and we firmly believe that your tip should depend on how you rate your service during your diving experience with us.

To accommodate all of our clients, we strive to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. In order to keep things running smoothly, we ask that you please inform us of any changes or cancellations no later than 12 hours prior to your scheduled course or dives. Should you cancel the day of or do not arrive for your booked course or dives, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled day’s diving.
